Transgender + Nonconforming Gender Therapy

Similar to sex therapy, gender therapy is a specialized type of psychotherapy focuses on the social, mental, emotional, and physical needs of those who: are questioning gender, are uncomfortable with aspects of their gender or body, or are experiencing gender dysphoria (discomfort with birth assigned sex). Psychotherapy can help clients explore ways to express their gendered self. It can also help clients process and explore what interventions may be or not be best for their unique gender experience.
